In 2020 brain surgery changed my life.
For years, I thought living with a seizure disorder was just… normal. Art became my meditation — the only way I could find meaning through the pain and struggle.
My practice spans fine drawing and historic photography, including 19th-century techniques like large format and glass plate photography.
After surgery, which left me paralyzed for a time, I had to relearn nearly everything — and it was then that I truly felt reborn as an artist.
